By accessing and using CrackMDS (“the Platform”), operated by InterviewGenie (Udyam Reg: UDYAM-JK-11-0021966), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

CrackMDS is an AI-powered study platform designed for NEET MDS exam preparation. The platform provides AI-generated study content, quizzes, clinical case simulations, mnemonic generation, mock tests with AI analysis, and revision tools. CrackMDS is accessible at crackmds.online.

  • Users must sign in with a valid Google account
  • Each account is for personal, non-commercial use only
  • Sharing accounts is strictly prohibited
  • The platform may only be used on one device/tab at a time
  • Any attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit AI API limits, or misuse the platform may result in permanent account suspension without refund

5. Subscription, Payments & Refunds

CrackMDS offers a free 15-minute trial and premium paid plans (Weekly, Monthly, and Exam Pass).

  • Payments: All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We do not store your payment details.
  • Auto-Expiry: Our plans (Weekly and Monthly) are not auto-renewing. They will automatically expire at the end of the term.
  • Exam Pass: The "Exam Pass" grants access until the date of the next NEET MDS examination.
  • Refunds: Since CrackMDS is a digital service that incurs immediate AI processing costs, we generally do not offer refunds once a plan is activated. Contact support@crackmds.online within 48 hours for review.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

All study content, MCQs, mnemonics, clinical cases, and revision notes are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, CrackMDS does not guarantee the correctness or completeness of AI-generated content. Users should always cross-reference with standard textbooks.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, branding, and functionality of CrackMDS are the intellectual property of InterviewGenie and are protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

CrackMDS is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. InterviewGenie shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of this platform.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jammu & Kashmir, India.
