Split thickness graft = epidermis plus partial dermis = more contracture better take rate. Full thickness graft = epidermis plus complete dermis = less contracture less take. Pedicled flap = maintains own blood supply = rotation advancement transposition. Free flap = microsurgical transfer with vascular anastomosis = fibula radial forearm. Rule of 9s for burn surface area estimation.
